We realize that other events are taking place in our fair city on the same day that we planned to host our CSTS event (damn you Lucas!). Some browncoats have expressed torn loyalties and have asked for an event schedule. As the event is still 2 months away and we’re awaiting some final words/permission, we can’t give you a play-by-play of the day’s events just yet. However, we can provide a tentative schedule.

• 12:00 pm – doors open – tickets, tshirt pickup, socializing
• 1:00 pm – CSTS introductions, global welcome messages
• 1:30 pm – Serenity
• 3:45 pm – Costume contest, door prizes, break for food
• 5:00 pm – First round silent auction ends
• 5:15 pm – Browncoats: Redemption
• 6:45 pm – Evil laugh contest, Raffle draws, 50/50 draws, last call silent auction round 2
• 7:15 pm – Second round silent auction ends
