2010 – Nom, Nom, Nom
Can’t Stop the Serenity is going to be chock full of fun filled movie screenings, costume contests and a silent auction. It’s a long day and we know people will get hungry.
Thanks to the generous and talented folks at Sweeties Cafe Bakery and Pastry, we’ll have snacks on hand to feed all our hungry event attendees between screening Serenity and Browncoats: Redemption. We can’t thank them enough for stepping up to the plate with yummy cookies and shortbread which will be provided free to all guests.

2010 – Auction Item: Pin Your Hopes on This
Our own Eri Riot, derby affectionado and knitting queen, has donated two dozen 50 custom made buttons to our auction. We, in our sneakiness, have divided this great offering into two separate one dozen 25 button packages.
This is a great prize package for a small business who’d like to expand their advertizing reach or for anyone planning a great event (girls night out, stag and doe, birthdays, etc.).
In addition to the custom buttons Eri is donating a set of her new adorable set of Firefly character image buttons. This set also contains the film and TV logos, the ship, and one that just says BROWNCOAT.
* Eri is the official button maker and knitting teacher for the Alberta Browncoats Society.
